On Saturday, October 13th the Orlando community will participate in a ‘Stroll ‘n’ Roll’ rally at Baldwin Park aimed at breaking down barriers between disabled and able bodied citizens. Each event will require teams to include at least one member using a wheelchair and for teams that don’t have a wheelchair using teammate, chairs will be available for use by able-bodied participants.
There is no fee to enter but organizers are asking for donations to benefit the Center for Independent Living. Tomorrow’s event kicks off at 9:00am with registration starting 8:00am.
